- Price is applied for group from 2 persons upward
- 30 % of deposit in advanced is required. If you would like to book, we will send to you our Onepay link to make a deposit to secure your booking. Kindly be informed that 3.3% bank fee will be applied for online payment please
- Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
- Extending your stay or upgrading accommodation will be charged in addition

Cancellation Policy:
- More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge
- 7 days - 3 days before arrival: 30% charge
- Less than 72 hours prior to check-in or no show: 100% of total rate
Halong bay will assess if a cancellation is necessary on the morning of departure. If such a cancellation is necessary we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
